Decree 22/2020 /ND-CP amended Decree 139/2016/ND-CP on licensing fees, adding 03 new cases of exemption from license fees as follows:
- Exemption of license fees in the first year of establishment or production and business activities for:
+ New establishment organization;
+ Households, individuals and groups of individuals that are first engaged in production and business activities;
- Small and medium-sized enterprises transferred from business households shall be exempt from license fees for 03 years from the date they are granted the first business registration certificates;
- Public high school and public preschool.
